please don't mourn for me I'm still here, though you don't see. I'm right by your side each night and day and within your heart I long to stay. My body is gone but I'm always near. I'm everything you feel, see or hear. My spirit is free, but I'll never depart as long as you keep me alive in your heart. I'll never wander out of your sight I'm the brightest star on a summer night. I'll never be beyond your reach I'm the warm moist sand when you're at the beach. I'm the colorful leaves when fall comes around and the pure white snow that blankets the ground. I'm the beautiful flowers of which you're so fond, The clear cool water in a quiet pond. I'm the first bright blossom you'll see in the spring, The first warm raindrop that April will bring. I'm the first ray of light when the sun starts to shine, and you'll see that the face in the moon is of mine. When you start thinking there's no one to love you, you can talk to me through the Lord above you. I'll whisper my answer through the leaves on the trees and you'll feel my presence in the soft summer breeze. I'm the hot salty tears that flow when you weep and the beautiful dreams that come while you sleep. I'm the smile you see on a baby's face. Just look for me, I'm everyplace,

END OF ANOTHER DAY by Elaine Polin Impatient Night calls out to Day, “It’s my turn now, so cease your play;” Reluctantly, the Sun makes way, Sinks to the waiting sea. The sky turns purple, dull and dark, Stills voices of the singing lark, As from the heavens diamonds spark, Blink bright their song to me. I nod “hello” and move inside, Where unto dawn I will abide As God’s lights through the heavens glide In perfect poetry. Mykaela Maxino Touch your heart, Close your eyes. Make a wish, Say goodnight. Sky so wide, Stars so bright, Off the lights, Sleep so tight. July 6, 2008 Good-Night Good-night, my dear! The long day died In sunset's afterglow; The faint, far candles of the sky Were lighted long ago. How brave they shine on me and mine From out that field of blue! And one, a-far, points where you are, And watches over you. Good-night, my dear! Across the dark I send my love to you, And may your sleep be sweet and deep And all your dreams come true. And may there be one dream of me, To keep my memory bright, Lest you forget I love you yet, And so, my dear, good-night! __Ester M. (Clark) Hill. Happy Birthday © Janel M. Perez Dance among the ribbons of the birthday balloons. Smile through the lit candles and sing to the classic happy tune. Eat the cake of wishes, frosted with sweet dreams of parties to come. Blindly swing at the flying unicorn, sending treasures across the lawn. Spin among the music and laughter in your perfect party dress that's brand new. And till next year my darling, happy birthday to you. Source: Happy Birthday, Birthday Poems http://www.familyfriendpoems.com/friend/poetry.asp?poem=1809#ixzz10w3dpO6V

How wonderful to wake each morn To greet another day, And meet the challenge of the Lord To send you on your way. How wonderful to wake each morn With gladness in your heart, And thank the Lord for helping you, And giving you a start. How wonderful to wake each morn Surrounded by God`s love, And know that He is there for you, With guidance from above. How wonderful to wake each morn After a night of rest, And feel the Master by your side, And know that you are blessed!
Every single evening As I'm lying here in bed, This tiny little Prayer Keeps running through my head: God bless all my family Wherever they may be, Keep them warm And safe from harm For they're so close to me. And God, there is one more thing I wish that you could do; Hope you don't mind me asking, Please bless my computer too. Now I know that it's unusual To Bless a motherboard, But listen just a second While I explain it to you, Lord. You see, that little metal box Holds more than odds and ends; Inside those small compartments Rest so many of my friends. I know so much about them By the kindness that they give, And this little scrap of metal Takes me in to where they live. By faith is how I know them Much the same as you. We share in what life brings us And from that our friendships grew. Please take an extra minute From your duties up above, To bless those in my address book That's filled with so much love. Wherever else this prayer may reach To each and every friend, Bless each e-mail inbox And each person who hits 'send'. When you update your Heavenly list On your own Great CD-ROM, Bless everyone who says this prayer Sent up to GOD.Com

The bathtub's overflowing; water's running down the stairs, The hallway on the second floor is lined with teddy bears, One child is crying, there's gum all in her hair, The other's saying, "Mom, it wasn't me, I swear." Hubby just got home from work and supper isn't done, I can't believe he has the nerve to say, "Where's my meal, hun?" The bills are on the table, still waiting to be paid, And there goes that old dog again, he spilled my lemonade! There's clothes to do and pans to wash and the baby wants to play; Is it just me, or do you think I need a holiday? To My Dad on His Day To my dad on his day, Of whom I am a living will: May your happiness fulfill Your goodness, as is just and right. Deeds are seeds upon the night As wind and wonder have their way, Delivering the destined light. - Author Unknown ***************************************************************************************
