Christmas Blessings

To you and yours

Again it`s time to celebrate
The birth of Christ our King.
O, come let us adore Him
And hear the angels sing!

What joy in the town of Bethlehem
So many years ago,
When a Child was born in a stable
His beautiful face aglow.

Said those who gazed upon Him,
"What Child is this Whom we see?
`Tis said His nave will be Jesus
Who will save all humanity."

So, then and now, we celebrate
The birth of Christ our King.
And if you listen closely
You may hear the angels sing.

Have A Very Merry Christmas!

You are listening to
"Silent Night" Midi
(German: "Stille Nacht, heilige Nacht")
is a popular Christmas carol.
The original lyrics of the song "Stille Nacht"
were written in in 1816, in Oberndorf bei Salzburg, Austria,
by the priest Father Joseph Mohr
and the melody was composed by
the Austrian headmaster Franz Xaver Gruber in 1818.

A note of interest....
Father Joseph Mohr was a relative of my father`s family
